By using this site, you are agreeing to the terms of use of the site, which may be updated from time to time. We advise you to visit this page regularly to be aware of any changes that may have been made to the Terms of Use.

Access to this site is allowed on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or change services without prior notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, this website is unavailable in a certain period of time. Occasionally, we may restrict access to some areas of this site.

Ondy Seven is not liable for damages or losses of any person, which may arise from the use of any information contained in this site.

What information do we collect?

We collect your name, phone number, postal address, email address and age for use in marketing campaigns, prizes, and newsletters. In addition, when making a purchase on our site, we also collect information about the delivery address and payment details.

Ondy Seven does not collect your payment information, credit card or similar. Payment is made through the Stripe or PayPal secure website, if you choose to pay by credit card or paypal account, or by bank transfer, which must be done by you at your bank, your bank’s online banking page, or at ATM machine (ATM).

All intellectual property rights to software and content available through this website are the property of Ondy Seven or are licensed and protected by laws and treaties worldwide. All these rights are reserved to Ondy Seven and its suppliers.

You may save, print or display the contents of this site only for your personal use.
No part of this website may be published, manipulated, distributed or reproduced in any form, or linked to any business or company in any form.

4. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Ondy Seven sends orders via CTT Expresso (EMS), within a delivery period ranging from 24 hours (in mainland Portugal), to up to approximately one week, depending on the country of destination (see table below).
The Post Office (from Portugal or its counterpart in the country of destination) make deliveries from Monday to Friday at the address indicated. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Holidays.

Delivery times depend on the mode of payment you choose: in the case of Credit Card or Paypal, delivery will be made on the following business day, if the order is made until 12.00; If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order will be shipped under the same conditions, but after confirmation of payment.

When your order is sent, you will receive a code in your email so that you can find it on the CTT website.

Difficulties in delivering
If CTT can not deliver the order, it will retry the next day or contact you to schedule a new delivery or a postcard will be left to pick up the parcel at the post office.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment methods

Ondy Seven offers you the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro), Paypal, and Wire Transfer.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.

Credit card verification.

Credit card users are subject to validation and authorization of the card by their issuer. If the card is declined, you will be immediately informed by Stripe or PayPal when you are completing the order.
If you feel that your information is incorrect, you can correct it by following the procedure in our Privacy Policy.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns
We guarantee the refund of the value of any product with which you are not totally satisfied as long as it is new, complete, in the original packaging and returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Products that are incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted. We do not accept returns of articles with indications that they have been used or articles purchased through the hobbies held in our store. If we receive returns of this kind, the customer will not be entitled to any refund and you will be proposed to send that return together with the next order. If the customer refuses and intends to retrieve the article, it will have to schedule a date for the reissue of the articles and bear the corresponding charges.

Return Instructions – Residents in Continental Portugal
If you wish to make a return, you should contact Customer Support with the order number, description or reference of the product you wish to return. You should indicate the reason for the return, and make sure that it has not been used and is in perfect condition, leaving the customer with the responsibility and costs of the return. We remind you that if you receive your order that has been damaged by the transporter, or the packaging has been opened or tampered with, it is the carrier who is responsible and in which case you should not accept delivery and notify the carrier immediately and refuse your delivery. Open the order in your presence and check the integrity of the packaging contents. From the moment you accept the order, the responsibility becomes yours.

When we receive your return, a technical evaluation of the product (s) is carried out. The exchange is processed within 5 business days and you will receive an email when the new product is shipped.

Product exchanges due to stock disruption
In case of stock size / color rupture that the customer wishes to change, this should choose another color available in stock. If the entire article reference is exhausted, and in this situation only, the customer can opt for a full refund on a discount coupon that he can use to purchase other items.

If the customer wishes to exchange a product for a different reference, he will be refunded the value of the product and must make a new order.
We only make a free exchange and shipment to order and we do not exchange articles that have already been exchanged. The customer may return them, but the costs of the return are at your own risk.

Defective Products
We guarantee the satisfaction of our customers and do not want them to buy products that may have escaped quality control. Therefore, if you feel that we have sent you a defective product, please contact our Customer Service department within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Send us the following information:

– Order number
– Product reference and name
– Details of the defect
– If you want a refund or replacement of the product
– A photograph of the product defect

Refund Method
You can choose to be reimbursed through a Ondy Seven discount coupon or through the original method you used to pay for your order.

– Discount Coupon

If you opt for the discount coupon, a code will be sent to your email to discount the refund amount on an upcoming order. This code must be entered in the “Discount codes” field of the shopping cart page and when applied is discounted to the total of the new order.

 

– Original Payment Method
1. If payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be made on the card itself and can be verified in the next statement.
2. In payment by Paypal, the refund is credited to your Paypal account and will be immediately available.
3. In the case of payment by bank transfer, you will be asked for your bank details (NIB and SWIFT) and the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Return of transport costs
We refund the costs of transporting parcels containing defective products or exchanged references. But if a single product order has only one problem, reimbursement of shipping costs is not applicable.

In the case of orders paid that are not delivered to the customer for reasons other than Ondy Seven and / or the chosen carrier, a fee of € 5.00 will be deducted for the reimbursement of the costs that the return of the order originated.

 

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ondy Seven does everything possible so that the photographs of the products presented on the site are as close as possible to the color level. However, color is a factor that depends on each monitor and its settings. In this regard, we can not guarantee that your monitor will reflect the actual color of the product.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please check the Size Chart below with each description of the item to see which size is the right size to buy.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products displayed on the site are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders in which the product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

The refusal of orders may also be the result of other reasons such as:

– Product out of stock.
– Inability to obtain payment authorization.
– Fraudulent orders.

If there is any problem with your order, you will be contacted immediately.

We do everything in our power to keep your order data secure. But, we can not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data you provided when accessing or ordering from our site. The payment data entered when paying on the Stripe or PayPal site is not our responsibility and Stripe or PayPal guarantees that this process is done as safely as possible. PayPal is one of the world’s largest online payment providers with a reputation for security, as well as the Stripe service.

It is possible to cancel orders that have not yet been sent. If you have received an order and would like to return it, please contact our customer service.

Ondy Seven can modify prices without prior notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.
